Brief - To redesign a dark and old-fashioned early eighties kitchen and create a modern family kitchen.
Design - Tony added more light to the room by incororating a bi-folding window level with the bench top which also allows food to easily be transferred to the deck via the window. The dark wood contrasts with white and grey benchtops and the muted colour-scheme is set off by stainless steel wall panels and handles. The fridge, freezer, pantry, recycling bins and drawer dishwasher are all carefully concealed. The oven is situated symettrically between the fridge and pantry and a microwave is hidden in a cupboard above the oven. The end result is a clean and stylish design which the owners love.
Owners comments - It's a functional and stylish kitchen which is always admired.
